Rules

Outbid is one public leaderboard for AI visibility tools. Your position is decided by a single number: the dollar amount attached to your listing. Nothing else is weighed — not reviews, not traffic, not who you know.

Ranking

  • Bids are whole US dollars. A listing can start at $5. Amounts move in steps of $1.
  • To take any filled spot — including #1 — pay that listing's bid + $1. Five ranks under #1 stay open. Bidding less is fine: you land wherever your amount fits. $5 takes the next free rank.
  • When two listings hold the same amount, the one already there stays ahead. Matching a price does not take the place; you need + $1.
  • Paste the same URL again to raise your own listing. Your new total has to be at least $1 above what you already hold, and you are charged only the gap. A different product always pays its full bid.
  • Listings are keyed by domain, so every site has exactly one spot. Tracking parameters and www are ignored.

What can be listed

  • Any live product with a public https URL. Paste the link — we fetch the name, description and logo.
  • You can edit the name after fetch. The URL is the identity.
  • GetMentionedByAI's own domain is already on the board. Use your own URL.

Directory sponsors

Directory sponsorship is separate from Outbid. $150 per month, prepaid for 1–12 months. Three months is 10% off, six is 15% off, twelve includes two months free. You get a labeled rail on the left or right of every page. Two rails. First payment takes the right; the next takes the left. Same URL again extends your months. When the term ends the slot opens. This is not a #1 bid.

Once you have paid

  • Your rank is claimed the moment the payment completes — not when the checkout opens.
  • The listing is public. Every click goes through a counted redirect at /board/go, and click totals are shown on the board.
  • Bids are not refundable when you get outranked. Being passed is the whole game; raise your bid to climb back.

Payments & disputes

  • Checkout is handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. By finishing a checkout you confirm that you chose the amount yourself and that it buys a position on a public board.
  • A position can be overtaken at any time by a higher bid. That is how the board works, and it is not grounds for a refund or a payment dispute.
  • If something went wrong — a double charge, a listing that never appeared — email prabhasraju1817@gmail.com first. We resolve genuine errors quickly.
  • Nothing here limits rights that can't be waived under your local consumer law.
